Standard 25% Cancellation fee will be applied for all the cancellations. • Sedans – Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup time will not be eligible for any refund. • All other vehicles – Cancellation within 48 hours of pickup time will not be eligible for any refund.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover), travelers checks . A check can be used for payment but must be sent to our office 2 weeks in advance of your trip.
Once you finalize your reservation with our company at that time you have to pay the full amount due .You can pay the fare by calling us at 443-798-2088 or You can Make this Payment Online too.
Your Credit card will be charged when you finalize your reservation, We will send the confirmation after we receive the full payment.
All receipt will get automatically emailed to you after the completion of your Trip.

We suggest you to make a reservation with us as soon as you finalize your trip, So there will be no availability issue.
Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles but if you request at the time of confirming your reservation we will try our best to send you a vehicle in which you will be allowed to smoke.
A recommended 20% gratuity is included in the quoted price for your convenience. However, whether an extra gratuity of any amount is given is up to you.
Our grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments. Any schedule changes/delays made within two (2) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in wait time charges starting at the scheduled pick-up time. For airport pick up waiting time charges will occur after 30 Minute of your Domestic flight arrivals and after 45 Minutes of international flight arrivals
Yes! We can provide you the car seat there will be $25.00 additional fee for each car seat.

Yes. Contact your reservation agent to assure you have a profile and you can request them to assign you the driver you like.
